It’s time to make the shift from manual marketing to automated marketing.
The concept is simple.
You can either market manually and work at it constantly by yourself. This requires setting reminders to keep you diligent every single week to keep you on track.
Or, you can build a system to do it for you.
You get the idea, but why is it so hard to actually do it?
There are many reasons why coaches struggle to automate their marketing, but I reckon there are three specific challenges that can keep coaches from taking the first step.
The how-to of marketing automation isn’t hard, but first you need to overcome these challenges.
1. No Tactics
The first challenge is you don’t have any tactics that work.
The average coach has heard about all the different marketing practices they should be doing, but they don’t have tactics that consistently work for them.
They ask, “What should I automate? There’s no point in automating something that doesn’t work.”
Maybe the first reason you haven’t automated your marketing is because you don’t have strategies that consistently work. If that’s your case, I totally understand, and I’ll show you the solution in a bit.
2. No Time
Maybe you have some tactics that work. The second challenge, then, is a lack of time.
Why don’t you have time?
You could be too busy coaching because your model is one to one. I get that.
Life’s crazy enough, and now, all of a sudden, you’ve got to remember to do marketing as well? I get that too.
You’re not lazy, but frankly, you’re running your own business. There’s a lot of stuff competing for the limited time you have available.
3. No System
The third challenge is you don’t have a system for automating in the first place.
Let’s say you had some time and tactics that worked, but don’t have a clue about how to build an automated system. Where do you begin picking the right software and tools?
Automating can seem impossible if you don’t know what to look for.

Marketing Tactics At Your Fingertips
If you’re largely affected by challenge #1 and don’t have a tactic that works, I’ve got you covered. The solution is found in my Monthly Marketing Projects.
Each month I give Coach Marketing Machine members one (and never more than one) new marketing strategy.
Why do I do it that way?
Because you don’t need 57 things that might work to focus on every single month. You need one!
I give it to you in the right order so you can take a strategy, install it in your business, and run it.
End each project shows you why the strategy’s important, what you need to know, exactly how to do it, and then gives you a template so you can immediately implement it.
The projects cover a broad scope as well. Here are some examples:
- The Client Magnet – Create an irresistible lead magnet and trigger a rush of new, high paying clients desperate to work with you.
- The Website Conversion Kit – Once you’ve driven traffic to your website, we need to set up your site so it captures and converts prospects into paying clients.
- The Automated Followup Funnel – This is about triggering a hot prospect follow-up sequence and a long-term nurture follow-up sequence. For the first 30-45 days, you’ve got a sequence that makes people excited and hot, and then it slips into long-term nurture.
This project shows you specifically how to build a follow-up system that works without you, and you’ll never ever run out of prospects again. Literally, this one project is responsible for converting more new clients for me than anything else we do, and it will do the exact the same thing for you.
- The No-Pressure Close – How to take the people who are vaguely interested and get them to move from curious to wanting an appointment.
- How To Sell One-To-Many – This specifically handles how to sell from stage or from a webinar.
You get the idea. Every month, there’s a new marketing project.
I walk you through each project so you’ll know exactly which emails to send on what day. I even give you the exact words to use.
Why do I share that with you?
Because, if your challenge is, “I don’t have the right tactics,” then I’ve got your back. This is my obsession.
You’ll get it online, in email, and even in the post so you can have physical copies of the worksheets, CD, transcripts, and action steps.
If you don’t have a strategy right now that’s worth automating, don’t stress about it. I’ve got you covered.
