Today I want to show you the quickest way to a million dollars a year.
I’m here at Sydney doing the Million Dollar Coach Intensive with these legends, and we’re just talking about the quickest way to get your coaching business to a million dollars a year using the tool called, the 5 Ones.
The quickest way to get to a million dollars a year, got this idea from a friend of mine, Clay Collins who’s running leadpages, you should check him out.
There are 5 key pieces to a million dollar coaching business, if you want to get there fast. If you want to get there slow, you can break any one of these rules. If you’re already over a million dollars, you can break any of them as much as you like. But if you’re not there yet, this is the quickest way.
5 things, we want 1 for each of each of them.
A single target market, something that you love. We talked about that if you love them, you can help them win and they’ll pay.
Second is you’ll want 1 product, not 2, 3, 4 or 10 or a crazy essential model with lots of different steps. 1 product that you can look the prospect in the eye and say “this thing will get you the results you’re after”
Third, 1 conversion tool. One way that’ll consistently converts prospects into clients.You think strategy sessions, webinars, events. Pick 1 and get good at it.
Fourth, 1 traffic source that you can scale, not like a networking event where you can run out of people to talk to. Someone that you can turn on, scale up and get the kind of people you need to get to a million dollars a year.
So far we have target market, product, conversion tool and traffic source. We got 4 of the 5 ones. So what’s the 5th one? Took us a little while but we got there right guys?
And it was 1 year. Why one year? Well it’s gonna take a little while for you to get really really good so you can ramp this thing up.
So instead of having 5 target markets, 3 different products, a couple of different conversion tools, seven traffic sources that you’re trying to master, you’re never gonna get there like that.
What you wanna do is get 1 of each of them and sharpen, sharpen, sharpen. That’s the quickest way to a million dollars a year.
